The manifestation of acne could also happen due to individual eating too much of fatty food or been stressed. The kind of food we consume also play a big part to acne manifestation, as the oil from the food we eat will be added to the sebum that our skin produces. Bacteria are also other causes of acne due to lack of good hygiene.

Treating Acne
Acne treatment could be as easy as the sufferer reducing the intake of fatty food. Because excessive consumption of junk food could cause acne. But in the cases of hormonal changes been the causes of acne, prescribed drugs could be applied to get rid of it. The application of the medication could help control the inflammation of the skin as well as getting rid of the bacteria that cause the occurrence of acne.

It has also been documented that good hygiene also plays a big part in keeping acne under control. For example, it is important to always keep the skin clean at all times, especially the face, chest, neck, and back parts. As good hygiene has proved to reduce incident of clogged pores the dirt in the skin contributed to the manifestation of the skin condition.
